I love this style so much, especially with the bloomer bottoms. This fabric is a beautiful vintage seersucker featuring some pink and blue kitties doing some knitting.
Wear layered or not depending on the weather - front bib, elastic waist, adjustable straps fastening at the middle back waist. This garment does not have a snap crotch- stretchy elastic bloomer legholes.
