Sunday's Belle Handmade Clothing

Hello and Welcome!

Sunday’s Belle is inspired by my two daughters – both born on a Sunday – who have cupboards brimming with clothes I have made them. In 2018 I decided the time had come to open a small clothing store, so I could continue making new items with the lovely fabric and trims that I have been collecting.

This expanded in 2020 when I purchased my shop building, and moved most of my making in-store. Now The Faraway Tree Charleville is the home of Sunday’s Belle clothing, and if you get to visit you will be able to see what I am working on next!

I enjoy creating timeless and unique pieces, then going on an adventure for a photo shoot with my girls and their friends. We live in outback Queensland and there are so many beautiful places to discover.

Please visit the Style pages to see clothes I have made previously and photoshoot inspiration. I do all of my own photography and editing. I prefer not to take custom orders, however feel free to let me know what size, style and colours you like and if I can come up with something I will offer it you first, if it doesn’t suit you then it will be added to my items for sale.

I make one of a kind outfits, so you know your purchase is unique. If you are wanting to match something – e.g. a sister set – please contact me to see if there is fabric etc. available. I enjoy sourcing vintage fabrics and trims, and repurposing items like sheets and blankets. I love to give items a second life, and feature handmade items like embroidered doilies where I can. This makes my items difficult to replicate, which is why they are all a little bit different and one of a kind.

After seeing them on my girls, my next favourite thing is seeing other children wear my outfits! If you would like to share yours please tag #sundaysbelle.

Thank you for taking the time to visit,

From Michelle
