This has turned out just perfectly. 
A delicate vintage brushed cotton, cream with a sweet floral of blue hues.
Puff sleeves, finished with a shirred hem and delicate lace. 
Full skirt also finished with lace - the front bodice ruffle does it for me though.
The high back bodice closes with snaps, and the waistline seam is enclosed.
